Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
